Warehouse Officer

Role Brief:

The Warehouse, Inventory & Dispatch Officer at Moonfreeze Foods Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and enabling timely and compliant dispatch of finished goods and materials. The role is critical to maintaining stock integrity, supporting uninterrupted order fulfillment across channels, and ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and process standards.

This position works closely with Production, Sales, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth material flow, stock visibility, and dispatch accuracy, while minimizing losses, damages, and delays.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inward receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records, batch-wise and SKU-wise, ensuring stock accuracy at all times
• Ensure timely and error-free dispatch of orders across GT, MT, E-commerce, Q-commerce, and Export (as applicable)
• Adhere to FIFO / FEFO norms, shelf-life control, and proper storage conditions
• Coordinate with transporters, 3PL partners, and internal teams for dispatch planning and execution
• Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, invoicing support, and dispatch compliance
• Monitor stock movement, damages, shortages, and variances; report exceptions promptly
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and food compliance standards as per company guidelines

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations in FMCG/Food industry
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch control, and shelf-life management
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel
• High attention to detail, discipline, and process orientation
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience & Qualification (Indicative):

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or dispatch operations
• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
