Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations at the manufacturing plant
• Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Oversee loading/unloading of materials and final product dispatch
• Follow FIFO and FEFO methods strictly for product movement
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and accounts teams
• Record all stock movements in ERP software and maintain daily reports
• Handle vendor receipts, returns, and rejection documentation
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety protocols, and temperature control compliance

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse Management
• 2–5 years of experience in factory warehouse operations (preferably FMCG or dairy/ice cream)
• Must know basic computer operations, MS Excel, and ERP software
• Strong understanding of cold chain storage and inventory handling
• Good leadership, time management, and coordination skills
