Role OverviewThe Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations including inventory control, stock inward and outward, dispatch coordination, and supervision of warehouse staff. The candidate must have prior experience in the garment industry and should be comfortable handling physical warehouse work along with managing documentation and stock records.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, trims, and finished garments.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and finished goods.

Stock Inward

• Supervise receiving of materials and finished goods.
• Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Maintain proper inward documentation and GRN records.

Dispatch Management

• Coordinate dispatch of finished garments to customers or warehouses.
• Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records and track shipments.

Warehouse Operations

• Ensure efficient warehouse layout and stock arrangement.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety within the warehouse.
• Monitor loading and unloading of goods.

Team Supervision

• Supervise warehouse staff and helpers.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain discipline and productivity in the warehouse.

Coordination

• Coordinate with production, sourcing, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
• Report stock discrepancies or operational issues to management.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in a garment warehouse
• Experience handling garment stock, size-wise inventory, and dispatch
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory software)
• Good organizational and supervision skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse activities
