Welder / Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of our core products—specifically DEF Dispensers and Smart DEF Making Machines (skid-based units). This role requires a hands-on individual who is proficient in light welding and can work with various mechanical components to ensure high-quality production standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Machine Assembly: Perform complete mechanical assembly of "Smart DEF Making Machines" and "Digital DEF Dispensers" according to engineering drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Fabrication & Welding: Conduct light welding (Arc/MIG/TIG) for structural frames, skids, and brackets required for machines and dispenser housings.
• Component Fitting: Install and fit mechanical and hydraulic components such as pumps, flow meters, sensors, SS304 nozzles, hoses, and filtration units (e.g., housing for 5-micron filters).
• Finishing Operations: Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and bending tasks to prepare parts for final assembly.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all welded joints and assembled parts meet structural integrity and leak-proof standards.
• Testing Support: Assist in the dry run and testing of automatic plants and dispensers to verify functionality before dispatch.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized assembly area and ensure tools/equipment are in good working condition.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: ITI in Fitter, Welder, or Fabrication; or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine assembly, fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment.

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
