• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card payments
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized
• Answer customer queries about products, pricing, and availability
• Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales
• Manage stock at the counter and report shortages
• Handle customer complaints or escalate when necessary
