Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Technomed Systems is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Assistant to join our team. This is a Full-Time, Work-from-Office position based at our headquarters.

The ideal candidate will balance financial precision with strong administrative support, ensuring that our daily operations and fiscal records are seamless and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily financial records and ledgers using accounting software.
• Invoicing: Generate, send, and follow up on client invoices and payments.
• Banking: Handle bank reconciliations, deposits, and petty cash management.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet reports for management review.
• Attendance Record Management.

Administrative Support:

• Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for contracts, receipts, and correspondence.
• Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general day-to-day facility needs.
• Correspondence: Handle professional emails and phone inquiries on behalf of the department.
• Meeting Support: Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for internal meetings or audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: 12th Pass or a related field Basics.
• Experience: Any .
• Technical Skills: Basic Accounting Knowledge,
