Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Solar Area Sales Manager to support offline marketing activities and drive business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting solar products and services through strategic offline initiatives while actively engaging in lead conversion and sales closure.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to increase brand presence and generate quality leads.

• Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, real estate developers, educational institutions, and industries.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, industry seminars, and networking events across India.

• Manage marketing materials like brochures, catalogues, standees, and coordinate professional branding requirements.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote solar solutions and drive sales conversions.

• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team to align marketing activities with business objectives.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales achievements.

• Prepare regular reports on marketing initiatives and sales progress for senior management.



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in marketing and/or sales (experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel across India for client meetings, exhibitions, and corporate events.

• Goal-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.



Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of solar energy systems and solutions.

• Strong understanding of corporate sales and professional marketing practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
