Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agri Input Sales Leader to spearhead our expansion and operations in Pune and Ahilyana…district level. o Analyze sales trends and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement. Development’s Identify high-potential areas for expansion in both Pune and Ahilyanagar district of Maharashtra. o Develop channel partnerships with retailers, FPOs, and cooperatives. o Work closely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of agri-inputs. o Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align on field requirements. o Ensure regular field reporting, CRM updates, and MIS tracking.
