We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager (B2B) to drive business growth, manage sales activities, develop channel partners, and expand the company’s solar product market presence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📈 Generate B2B leads and develop new business opportunities

🤝 Build and manage channel partners and dealer network

🚗 Conduct field visits, client meetings and presentations

📊 Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets

👥 Handle and guide the sales team

📢 Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans

📋 Maintain CRM and submit regular sales reports

🔍 Conduct market research and competitor analysis

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

🎂 Age: 22 – 45 years

👨 Gender: Male

🎓 Education: 12th Pass

🗣️ English: Basic English

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years

🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
