π Location: AhilyaNagar (Ahmednagar)
πΌ Role: Team Leader / Sales Manager
π Department: Field Sales (GPay for Business)
π― Key Responsibilities:
π¨βπΌ Team Handling
- Manage and lead a team of Field Sales Coordinators (FSC)
- Train, guide, and support team members for better performance
- Monitor daily attendance, productivity, and discipline
π Sales & Target Achievement
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved
- Drive merchant onboarding for GPay Business services
- Identify high-potential areas and increase market penetration
π Field Operations
- Conduct regular market visits with team members
- Ensure proper coverage and merchant engagement
- Track competitor activities and market trends
π Performance Management
- Maintain daily sales reports and MIS
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions
- Support low performers to improve productivity
π€ Merchant & Client Handling
- Resolve merchant queries and issues
- Build strong relationships with business owners
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation process
βοΈ Compliance & Process
- Ensure proper KYC and documentation
- Follow company policies and operational guidelines
- Escalate issues to higher management when required
β Requirements:
- Minimum 1β3 years experience in Field Sales / Team Handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in target-driven environment
- Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory
