Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Greet customers, process payments (cash/card), and provide personalized product recommendations to achieve sales goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to answer questions and demonstrate features effectively.
• Inventory & Display: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain neat, organized product displays.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Operations: Operate cash registers, maintain a clean, organised work area, and update customer records.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic math skills.
• Attributes: Customer-focused, energetic, and able to work in a team environment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
