CO2 Welder

Technomed Systems is seeking a skilled and reliable CO2 Welder + Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This is a Full-Time,On-Fcatory position based at our factory in MIDC Ahilyanagar.

Key ResponsibilitiesWelding & Technical Tasks:

• CO2 Welding: Perform high-quality MIG/CO2 welding on various metal components and frames.
• Fabrication: Measure, cut, and assemble metal parts based on blueprints or technical specifications.
• Finishing: Grinding, polishing, and cleaning welds to ensure a smooth, professional finish.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform basic checks and maintenance on welding equipment and fabrication tools.

Factory Operations:

• Material Handling: Organize raw materials and assist in moving heavy components safely.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished work for gaps, weak spots, or deformities before passing it to the next production stage.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow factory safety protocols, including the consistent use of PPE (welding shields, gloves, etc.).
• Reporting: Keep a basic log of daily production output and material usage.

Education: 10th or 12th Pass (ITI in Welding/Fabrication is a strong plus).

• Experience: Any (6 Month Experience In CO2 Welding Is Must).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CO2/MIG welding techniques and knowledge of fabrication tools (grinders, cutters, etc.).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a factory environment.
