🎓 Qualification: BE Electrical Engineering

🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 7+ Years in Assembly & Utility Maintenance

Job Description:

We are hiring a Site In-Charge to lead overall site operations, maintenance activities, and manpower management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in equipment maintenance and compliance, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of ~30 employees

Oversee Utility and O&M activities (CNC, Press, Welding, Conveyor, Crane, etc.)

Ensure compliance with EHS, and readiness for ISO, IATF, TPM audits

Manage preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance tasks

Monitor KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, uptime, RCA, HIRA

Support energy management and continuous improvement efforts

Skills Required:

Strong leadership & communication skills

Knowledge of CBM, PDM, PM & TBM methodologies

Experience using maintenance systems (Maximo preferred)

Electrical Supervisory License (optional, added advantage)
