Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and responsible Graphic Designer who can create Marathi political designs, social media posts, banners, reels graphics, election campaigns, and influencer-style content for public representatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Create Marathi political graphics for social media (FB, Insta, X, WhatsApp).
• Design campaign creatives, banners, hoardings, brochures, flyers, invitations, etc.
• Understand political tone—formal, assertive, influential—and design accordingly.
• Work closely with the media team to develop daily social media posts.
• Design festive greetings, achievements posts, constituency work updates, etc.
• Create thumbnail designs, reels overlays, motion graphics (basic).
• Ensure branding consistency across all political content.

🔹 Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Premier/After Effects is a plus).
• Ability to type & design in Marathi (Unicode typing required).
• Understanding of political communication, colour themes, and sentiment-based design.
• Creativity + speed (ability to deliver designs quickly for breaking updates).
• Basic knowledge of social media trends & formats.
• 🔹 Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate
• Prior experience in political design preferred
• Must be able to work under timelines
