Role ObjectiveWe are looking for two vibrant and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our Kidzee center in Savedi. As a Kidzee educator, you will be instrumental in implementing our proprietary PentaMind curriculum, designed to nurture the holistic development of children through a multidimensional learning approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPentaMind Implementation: Facilitate learning experiences that develop the five essential minds: Disciplinary, Synthesizing, Creating, Respectful, and Ethical.
• Classroom Excellence: Create a safe, hygienic, and engaging classroom environment that meets Kidzee’s high standards of early childhood care.
• Interactive Teaching: Conduct activities including storytelling, rhymes, and hands-on projects that encourage curiosity and active participation.
• Student Observation: Maintain detailed records of each child's growth and provide constructive feedback to parents during PTMs.
• School Support: Participate in school events, admissions inquiries, and community outreach programs in the Ahilyanagar area.
• Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduate or 12th Pass with a certification in NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or ECCE.
• Skills: Strong communication skills (English & Marathi/Hindi), high emotional intelligence, and a passion for teaching.
• Experience: Experience in a preschool setting is preferred, but we welcome freshers who are eager to learn the Kidzee methodology.
• Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing near Savedi, Pipeline Road, or Bhistbag for a convenient daily commute.
