Technical Associate

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical due diligence of properties offered as security for home loans.

Perform site inspections and prepare technical appraisal reports.

Verify and validate property-related documents, approved plans, and statutory approvals.

Assess cost of construction, stage-wise disbursement eligibility, and deviations from approved plans (if any).

Assist in evaluating property valuation and ensure compliance with internal lending norms and risk parameters.

Liaise with valuation agencies, architects, and builders to gather technical data.

Coordinate with credit and legal teams for technical inputs during loan processing.

Maintain technical MIS and report discrepancies or risks promptly.

• Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of building construction practices, bylaws, and regulatory frameworks.

Good understanding of property valuation and title documentation.

Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and report writing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for site visits

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory

Experience: of relevant experience in technical appraisal, construction project assessment, or property valuation
