Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Conduct Audio / video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.

* Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during calls.

* Close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients , addressing their queries and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees. 

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective Audio / video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients during calls.

* Continuously enhance sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives and training sessions.

* Looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges with a strong sense of determination and motivation.

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Experience: Minimum 6 months of Sales
