Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies for the region.
  • Manage and lead area and regional sales teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the FMCG sector (Food and Beverage).
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
