Back Office Executive

We are hiring a Female Back Office / Telecalling Executive for our Ajmer office. The job includes telecalling, customer follow-ups, back office work, invoice generation, stock management, and basic graphic designing & video editing. Basic computer knowledge with good Hindi and basic English communication skills is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Telecalling and handling customer inquiries
• Customer follow-ups
• Back office work and data management
• Invoice generation
• Stock management
• Basic graphic designing work
• Basic video editing for promotional and social media content

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic English speaking and understanding skills
• Knowledge of basic graphic designing & video editing tools (simple edits)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
