CASA Sales Officer

Job Summary:

The CASA Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers and increasing CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) deposits for the bank. The role focuses on generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire new Current & Savings Accounts through field sales

2. Generate leads through cold calling, references, and market visits

3. Maintain strong relationships with customers

4. Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, Insurance, and Loans

5. Ensure KYC compliance and documentation

6. Achieve monthly CASA and revenue targets

7. Maintain daily sales reports and MIS
