Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable working on the ground. The role involves dealer visits, market expansion, order generation, and relationship building within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, retailers, and distributors daily as per the plan
• Generate primary & secondary sales from the market
• Appoint new dealers / retailers in assigned area
• Build strong relationships with dealers, painters, and influencers
• Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and stock availability
• Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and pricing information
• Coordinate with office team for orders, dispatch, and collections
• Achieve monthly sales targets and growth objectives
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups (as per company policy)

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales (Paints / Cement / Building Material preferred)
• Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Ready to travel within assigned territory daily
