About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive advertisement sales and build strong client relationships in the Ajmer market. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through on-ground sales activities and expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (local businesses, retailers, real estate, education, etc.)
• Generate advertisement sales for print and digital platforms
• Conduct daily field visits and client meetings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Understand client requirements and provide customized advertising solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for ad execution and timely delivery
• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales / ad sales / FMCG / BFSI
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Ajmer region
• Local market knowledge is a plus
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
