Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily order flow and ensure smooth execution of operations in our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor order flow (Processing → Dispatch → Delivery)
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and support teams
• Track pending, delayed and priority orders
• Handle payment mismatches and order issues
• Maintain daily reports (orders, dispatch, pending, RTO)
• Identify and resolve operational issues
