Plant / Factory Head

We are looking for a responsible Factory Supervisor to manage daily factory work, ensure smooth production, maintain machines, and supervise workers. The person should ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and without delays.

Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision

• Manage daily production and ensure targets are met
• Ensure work is completed on time and properly
• Reduce delays and improve production speed

Machine Maintenance

• Ensure all machines are working properly
• Report and fix machine issues quickly
• Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance

Worker Management

• Supervise workers and assign tasks
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and proper work
• Train workers when needed

Factory Operations

• Ensure factory is clean and organized
• Monitor raw material use and prevent wastage
• Maintain basic production and maintenance records
• Requirements3–8 years factory or production experience
• Experience supervising workers
• Basic understanding of machines and production
• Responsible, disciplined, and hands-on
