I agree to undertake the job. Reporting Manager: Proposal Engineer Proposal Ajmer Team Lead 1. Review requirements, analyze technical needs, and develop clear, persuasive proposals. 2.Collaborate with OEM's and procurement teams to estimate costs, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses,develop technical documentation, diagrams, and supporting materials to enhance proposal clarity. 3. Work closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, finance) to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy,ensure all proposals comply with industry standards, company policies, and client requirements. 4. Manage proposal submission timelines, ensuring all quotations and tenders are delivered on time. 5. After receiving the order we need to raise the flow of orders in the system timely as per received Purchase order. 6. Any changes or any amendments receving in the order need to do the changes in the system. 7. If customer ask for any amendment sheet need to provide the same to the Application team for your review and further submission. Application Engineer/Senior Application Engineer/Team Lead/Product Manager Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics,Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent). 0-1 Year or more Fresher/Experience Technical Excellent written and verbal communication Good Listening Skills Problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges effectively. Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment Understanding of technical specifications, engineering concepts, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and tender documents.
