Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and POS system
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations
- Track sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and training
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and audit compliance
- Suggest local marketing and promotional ideas
🧠Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management
- Good communication (Hindi + English)
- Experience with POS systems and inventory control
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Basic Excel/reporting knowledge
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience
- Familiarity with retail/service industry preferred
