Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for solar projects (residential and commercial) in Ajmer. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the solar industry and a good understanding of solar products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for residential and commercial solar projects
• Meet clients and explain solar solutions and benefits
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams
• Prepare and present proposals to potential customers
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales/marketing (solar industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within a 100 km radius
• Basic knowledge of solar systems and installation process
• Target-driven and self-motivated
