Moverstrip Digital Services LLP is a rapidly growing digital platform serving the logistics, transport, and packers & movers industry. We are expanding our presence across Rajasthan and seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales operations, manage the team, and drive consistent business growth.

Position Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all sales and marketing activities across multiple regions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, deep field experience, and the ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets through strategic planning and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue and subscription targets.
• Handle high-value client acquisition and conversion.
• Track and monitor field team performance through daily/weekly reporting.
• Conduct regular reviews and set clear sales targets for the team.
• Marketing Management: Plan and execute offline/field marketing campaigns across Rajasthan.
• Ensure branding activities and promotional initiatives are carried out effectively.
• Generate leads through market visits, client interactions, and networking.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to optimise marketing efforts.
• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and train a field marketing and sales team.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and motivation.
• Ensure proper workflow management and operational support for the team.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and new business development.

Eligibility & Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing.
• Strong leadership and proven team-handling skills.
• Experience in the Logistics / Transport industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of revenue generation, funnel management, and business growth strategies.
• Must be open to extensive travel across Rajasthan.
