Store Executive

Job Overview

The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring proper storage and dispatch of materials.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain proper stock records (inward & outward)
• Handle material receiving, checking & storage
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials
• Monitor stock levels and inform for shortages
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports
• Coordinate with production & purchase department
• 🔹 Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of inventory management
• Good record-keeping skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / software)
• 🔹 QualificationGraduate / Diploma/ ITI (preferred)
• Experience in store or warehouse (preferred)
