Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online training sessions to agents through Google Meet.
- Read and explain English PPTs clearly and confidently during training.
- Ensure agents understand the training content and resolve their queries.
- Maintain proper coordination and communication with agents during sessions.
Required Skills:
- Good reading ability of English PPTs.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to conduct training on Google Meet.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi.
- Confident in handling online training sessions.
