Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to oversee the daily operations of our school. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between management, faculty, and parents, ensuring financial transparency, efficient admission cycles, and seamless campus coordination.
KRA Category Success Metrics (KPIs)
Admission Growth Conversion rate of inquiries to confirmed admissions; accuracy of student documentation.
Financial Discipline 100% reconciliation of daily expenses; reduction in "Fee Overdue" percentage.
Reporting Accuracy Timely submission of MIS reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) with zero data errors.
Operational Flow Resolution time for parent grievances; efficiency in coordinating teacher-parent meetings.
Management Support Frequency and clarity of status updates provided to the Board/Management.
