Job Description:

The Plant Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing operations of Ambaji Inox LLP. This role ensures smooth functioning of production, workforce management, machinery maintenance, and adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards. The Plant Incharge will act as the key link between management and shop-floor operations, ensuring timely achievement of production targets with optimum resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring uninterrupted production of stainless steel pipes and tubes.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage workforce, assign tasks, and monitor efficiency and discipline on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of machines and utilities.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across the plant.
• Control wastage of raw materials, energy, and resources.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management regarding production, downtime, and workforce performance.
• Liaise with quality and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in steel pipe/tube manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, plant operations, and safety compliance.
• Ability to handle pressure and ensure timely delivery.

2. Quality Supervisor – Ambaji Inox LLPLocation: Raniya, Kanpur Dehat

Industry: Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes Manufacturing

Job Description:

The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards at every stage of the manufacturing process. This role ensures that Ambaji Inox LLP delivers defect-free, high-quality stainless steel pipes and tubes that meet both national and international standards. The Quality Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing quality systems and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality compliance.
• Conduct dimensional checks, mechanical tests, and surface inspections on stainless steel pipes and tubes.
• Ensure adherence to ISI/ISO and other relevant standards.
• Maintain detailed records of quality checks, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Work closely with the production team to identify defects and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• Train shop-floor staff on quality protocols and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Quality Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in the steel/tube industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality testing methods (tensile, hardness, flattening, flaring, hydro testing, etc.).
• Familiarity with ISO/ISI quality standards and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
