Looking for a proactive and responsible Jio Point Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at the Jio Point, ensure smooth customer service, and support sales & distribution activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently.

• Supervise and manage Jio Point operations
• Lead and support the Jio Point team
• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and documentation
• Drive sales targets and execute local marketing activities
• Handle escalations and coordinate with the cluster team

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
• Experience in sales/retail/telecom preferred
• Strong communication & people management skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
