Barista

Location: Hub/ Café / Quick Coffee Bar / Bar on Top

Experience: 1 to 3 years (freshers with hospitality training welcome)

Reports to: Hub Manager / Head Barista

Role overview

The Barista represents Aeka’s Coffee on the floor and is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality beverages along with a warm, confident customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and beverages as per defined SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
• Interact confidently with customers and explain the menu
• Multitask and follow instructions accurately.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Participate actively in training and skill development programs

• Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting moderate weights.

Preferred

• Previous customer service or food service experience.
• Knowledge of coffee beans and flavors.
• Familiarity with different coffee equipment.
• Spoken English
