What you’ll do:• Lead and manage the kitchen during service

• Cook and plate dishes with consistency and care

• Maintain kitchen hygiene & prep standards

• Support menu development and tasting sessions

• Train and guide junior staff

You’re a good fit if you:• Have experience as a line cook / commis / chef

• Are organised, calm, and take pride in your food

• Can work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

• Love experimenting but respect the basics
