Job Description
We’re Hiring: Guest Relations Executive
Location: Alibaug, Maharashtra
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage guest check-in and check-out smoothly
- Greet and assist guests to ensure a great stay experience
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally
- Maintain guest records, ID verification, and documentation
- Assist with F&B service and property cleanliness
- Support inventory management and basic bookkeeping
- Prepare daily reports and operational records
- RequirementsGraduate / Final-year student in Hotel Management (preferred)
- 6+ months hospitality experience or training
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Flexible and willing to travel to other properties if required
