Job Description
Job PurposeTo support the kitchen team in food preparation, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to standard.
- Food Preparation & SupportAssist chefs in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
- Follow recipes and prep lists as instructed
- Support cooking during service when required
- Plate food neatly and consistently as per standards
