Job Description

Mcare is a leading pharmaceutical distributor and exporter, specializing in sourcing high-quality products from India and other international markets. We provide tailored solutions for global clients and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across markets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic International Business Development Executive to expand Mcare’s global footprint. The ideal candidate will identify international opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive export sales in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research international markets for pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and logistics teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent Mcare at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures in target markets.
  • Stay updated on global pharmaceutical trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports or international business development.
  • Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical regulations, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building global partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
