Job Description
Mcare is a leading pharmaceutical distributor and exporter, specializing in sourcing high-quality products from India and other international markets. We provide tailored solutions for global clients and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across markets.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic International Business Development Executive to expand Mcare’s global footprint. The ideal candidate will identify international opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive export sales in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research international markets for pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Collaborate with regulatory and logistics teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Represent Mcare at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures in target markets.
- Stay updated on global pharmaceutical trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports or international business development.
- Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical regulations, documentation, and compliance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building global partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
