Business Development Executive (BDE)

We’re looking for a creative and energetic digital executive to support our LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, poster design, and client engagement efforts. This is a dynamic remote role where your ideas, communication, and tech-savvy mindset will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation on LinkedIn

• Find and connect with potential clients or learners
• Start conversations and follow up regularly
• Manage multiple LinkedIn IDs

✅ Client Communication

• Chat with leads professionally on LinkedIn
• Handle objections, provide answers, and share course details

✅ Poster & Creative Content Creation

• Design posters and reels using Canva or similar tools
• Brainstorm and schedule daily posts with catchy captions

✅ LinkedIn Management

• Create and manage LinkedIn accounts
• Optimize profiles and post daily content
• Track engagement and report weekly results

✅ Video & Content Creation

• Create short reels or video snippets for LinkedIn
• Collaborate on new ideas for viral growth and brand awareness
• 🧠 Skills Required:Good written communication (English & Hindi preferred)
• Canva or similar design tool experience
• Basic LinkedIn knowledge
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn
• Social media understanding (LinkedIn especially)
