Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM -Solar Projects Sales to generate sales through channel partners. The BDM will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new/existing dealers, providing support and service, and working collaboratively with the Solartrade team to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and its market landscape
  • Experience in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and generate sales leads
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, business, marketing, or a related field
