Job Title: Company Supervisor

Location: Vishnupuri, Aligarh (Office)

Key Responsibilities: The Company Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing our Order Management team and contributing to strategic functional areas. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Order Management Supervision:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Order Management team.
• Provide essential support, guidance, and problem-solving assistance to team members as required.

1. Functional Contribution (Finance/Marketing):

• Actively contribute to and support tasks within either the Finance or Marketing department, based on professional expertise.

1. Customer and Vendor Communication:

• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with both customers and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships.

1. Team Guidance and Training:

• Efficiently guide and mentor the team to help them develop a deep understanding of best practices for handling customer interactions and resolving issues effectively.

Skills and Qualifications Required: We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following core skills:

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proven ability to build, maintain, and enhance strong customer relationships.
2. Functional Expertise: Proficiency and experience in either Finance or Marketing. Please specify your core competency in your application.
3. Team Leading: Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and managing a team to achieve operational goals.
