Dispatch Executive

Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per dispatch plan

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales for order readiness

Verify quantity, quality, batch, and packaging before dispatch

Prepare and check dispatch documents (invoice, challan, e-way bill, LR)

Manage vehicle placement, loading, and route planning

Supervise loading/unloading to avoid damage or shortages

Ensure LIFO & FIFO compliance where applicable
