Field Sales Executive

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 6 months to 2+ years in home loan, mortgage, or retail asset sales.
• Education: Minimum Graduation or HSC.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of lending regulations, CIBIL reports, and property documentation.
• Mobility: Ability to conduct field sales and meet clients at project sites.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients through open markets, developers, and real estate agents to source new business.
• Customer Counseling: Explain home loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to applicants.
• Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and submit loan documentation (KYC, income proof, property documents) for approval.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and clients for referrals.
• Closing & Disbursement: Coordinate with the underwriting and credit teams for, sanctions and facilitate timely loan disbursement.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan booking and processing.
