Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter 

Experience: 0-2 Years ( Non-IT Hiring )

Working Days: Monday to Saturday 

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary : Up to 3 LPA (including 25 % Variable)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced or Freshers and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Sasni Gate, Aligarh. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing,screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT roles across multiple industries. You should have at least 0-2 years of experience in Non-IT hiring and be proficient in managing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for various non-IT roles.

Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and conduct preliminary interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain and update the candidate database and keep track of hiring metrics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Requirements:

0-2years of experience in Non-IT recruitment(Domestic Only).

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with various job portals social media recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
