Montessori Teacher

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging theory and practical sessions on Montessori philosophy, methodology, and materials.

2. Curriculum Implementation: Ensure training modules are effectively delivered and updated as per academic standards.

3. Trainee Development: Evaluate and mentor trainees, providing constructive feedback to support their professional growth.

4. Academic Excellence: Maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and classroom practices.

5. Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to training materials, resources, and teaching practices.

Key Functions

• Deliver Montessori curriculum effectively.

• Maintain record of students for each batch and ensure timely submissions.

• Coordinate with Head office to ensure the smooth running of the centre.

• Facilitating the Practical as well as Theory examination as per the schedule.

• Upkeep of the Montessori lab.

• Follow up with the prospective candidate for admission.

• Fulfilling formalities for administration process for enrolled students

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream. • Certification / Diploma in Montessori Training (Early Childhood Education) (Must)

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Montessori Teacher training centre (Freshers with Montessori Diploma may also apply)

3. Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge of Early Childhood curriculum. Good computer skills for planning and communication. Desired Skills & Attributes

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong command over Montessori pedagogy and child development concepts.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate adult learners.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in documentation, assessments, and reporting. Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate

• Certified Montessori Trainer/Diploma holder (AMI/MMI/Equivalent recognized certification).

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical Montessori teaching/training experience.

• Exposure to teacher training, mentoring, or academic leadership preferred.

• Passionate about Montessori philosophy and committed to teacher development.

This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the academic excellence of Teacher Training while providing operational support to ensure seamless functioning.
