We know how fed up you are reading the companies gyaan and going thru the hiring rigmaroles. We have also been there some time ago (Come on! We are not so old).

We want to keep it uncomplicated, exciting and fast – well, that’s our brand promise to our customers also. We want to give them loans in under 5 minutes – UNCOMPLICATED AND FAST!


So, let’s get some basics out of our way – we are hiring for Sales roles, based in aligarh, at a great compensation (do we even need to say that!). 

Now let’s move to what we do?

We are a Fintech start-up (do we even say more!). Talking about ourselves is not something we do well, but then how will we get your ears. 

We are 3 founders, all of us are ex-bankers onto our 2nd innings. 


Prior to this Nitin and Viraj ran a start-up NettPositive analytics, it may sound boastful but what the heck! – it was a cool analytics start-up where they built the most innovative analytics products, hired the best brains (isn’t that why we are here today) and the rest as they say – is history! It was acquired by a US MNC called Equifax. 

Amit is a global retail lending expert who has spent over two decades with Standard Chartered Bank across 5 countries and 12 different roles. His areas of expertise include Risk management and Digital.     


So here we are – building our next venture with even brighter brains this time. Sure everyone agrees to the latter part!

Our vision is to revolutionize the lending industry in India. We want to make easy and fast credit available to all salaried employees at the click of a few buttons. Our goal is to disburse a loan within 5 minutes of a borrower applying for it. Don’t ask how. That we will need to figure out together!

 

We have outlined the job profile below for Sales Officer (Direct Sales - DSA Vertical). It may sound serious, but it’s not. In fact it is extremely serious. That’s how we take our jobs – everybody gives their best shot at work and makes the start-up succeed. 


We want highly ambitious and energetic MBAs keen to work in Sales Relationship Management. 

This is not a typical sales job, where all you are tracked on are sales numbers. Here, you own the complete customer portfolio and are responsible for the end-to-end customer acquisition and portfolio management process. You are responsible for marketing and building relationships with the channel partners so they understand our product, our segment and hence choose to work with us over other options that they may have. 

Our belief is that sales is not done by forcing products down the customer’s throat. But by making the product so damn exciting, topping it up with the most innovative marketing and providing the best customer service experience. So, in effect, that’s what your role will be.

  1. Onboarding and managing channel partners:
  2. Meeting the channel partners
  3. Making presentations
  4. Relationship building with these channel partners
  5. Acquiring customers through the channel partners:
  6. Meeting the acquisition targets
  7. Managing and growing the business with each channel partner
  8. First point of contact for any partner issue resolution
  9. Monitor the credit performance of your portfolio:
  10. You are just not responsible for sales, but also for credit performance
  11. Track your portfolio on early warning signals on customer performance parameters
  12. Ensure the portfolio never crosses the credit benchmarks
