Job Description

Position: Sales Executive

Location:Aligarh

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth by selling our products to shop owners and creating leads in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Sales:
  • Actively visit shop owners and retailers to promote and sell PVC Pipes, Water Tanks.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
  1. Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential leads and opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up regularly to convert them into customers.
  1. Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve these targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  1. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  1. Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
  1. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Train and educate shop owners and their staff about the products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
