We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Rooftop Solar PV Solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, customer visits, site surveys, and closure of solar rooftop projects in and around Aligarh.

π Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking
Visit residential, commercial & industrial sites for customer meetings and basic site assessment
Explain rooftop solar systems, government subsidies, ROI, and savings to customers
Prepare and present solar proposals and quotations
Coordinate with technical & installation teams for project execution
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company
Maintain proper customer records, follow-ups, and MIS reports
Support documentation related to subsidy, net-metering, and discom processes
Represent the company professionally in the local market

π οΈ Key Skills & Requirements
β Mandatory Skills
Field sales experience (preferably in solar / electrical / real estate / insurance / telecom)
Basic understanding of Rooftop Solar PV systems
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage)
Ability to convince and close customers
Willingness to travel locally for field work
β Preferred Skills
Knowledge of MNRE solar subsidy process
Experience in residential & commercial solar sales
Familiarity with local DISCOM procedures
Smartphone-friendly (WhatsApp, camera, basic apps)

Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Technical background is a plus but not mandatory
