Job Description
- Execute and supervise all civil construction activities for Hospital and High-Rise Residential Projects
- Interpret and implement architectural, structural, and services drawings accurately at site
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules to achieve project milestones
- Ensure RCC works (footing, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls) are executed as per approved drawings and IS codes
- Supervise finishing works including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and façade works
- Coordinate with MEP teams (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical) for seamless integration in hospital buildings
- Ensure compliance with hospital-specific standards, including functional layouts, service shafts, and infection-control considerations
- Manage and monitor site manpower, subcontractors, and vendors
- Check and approve material quality, quantities, and workmanship at site
- Maintain quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety norms
- Prepare and verify measurements, RA bills, and contractor invoices
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage
- Identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and site constraints proactively
- Maintain site records such as DPRs, concrete pour cards, cube test results, and inspection reports
- Coordinate with consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies as required
- Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory approvals
- Assist in project planning, cost control, and timely completion within approved budgets
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety signage, PPE usage, and accident-free site operations
- Report progress, challenges, and requirements regularly to Project Manager / Management
