Store Incharge

Ensure timely receipt of incoming materials / finished goods

Verify quantity, quality, batch, and documentation (Invoice, GRN, PO)

Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and security

Supervise unloading, segregation, and proper stacking

Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance where applicable

Update arrival entries in ERP / stock registers

Report shortage, damage, or excess immediately

Coordinate with QC and stores team for material clearance

Maintain daily arrival reports and MIS

Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance at unloading area

Support audit and inventory reconciliation
